Intuitive Learning Foundation | Monthly Update
August 2025
Hello friends!
Three months ago we shared our collaboration with Dr Leila Angod, Associate Professor at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. ILF was invited to contribute to one unit in her undergraduate course titled Youth Culture and Activism.
The ILF contribution was a contemplation on the “why” behind activism, specifically exploring what changes if action comes from judgment or discernment. Students were invited to include this contemplation in their final projects, and we chose three of the final projects to share on the ILF website!
Our three finalists have been chosen, and their projects are now available for you to engage, to enjoy and perhaps to receive as expansion in your own world. You can find the projects at www.intuitivelearningfoudation.org.
Please share your thoughts and reflections in the social media comments, and as always, your feedback is welcome. Email us at inspire@intuitivelearningfoundation.org.
Warmly,
Kerri Lake and the ILF Team
Compass Conversations
“What does it feel like to move from a walk to a jog or jog to walk? It's a feeling, but I think more people are realizing, like just as we can remember what a red rose looks like, right, we can also remember the ‘feeling of something’ and horses give us this amazing opportunity to touch into that ability and to use it like language and relationship.” -Kerri Lake, Episode #8 Energy: Using Words to Describe the Place of No Words
The Compass Conversations Podcast is in a quiet phase as we listen, reflect, and prepare the next conversations. While new episodes pause for a bit, the spirit of curiosity and connection continues.
We invite you to revisit past episodes, and enjoy the insights that might emerge in a new way.
You are always welcome to listen on the website, but on the go, it might be easier to find it through one of our regular channels:
Prefer to watch the episodes rather than listen? We are excited to share that all podcast episodes are now viewable via our YouTube Channel!
Circles of Sharing
EEach month we organize Circles of Sharing - online events that offer open-hearted space where self-awareness and honesty are celebrated. In August, join us for our Welcome Circle of Sharing either on:
Tuesday, August 26th at 5pm PST
OR
Sunday, August 31th at 11am PST
Each Welcome Circle offers a brief space of silence to open the event, followed by a short passage and seed question read by one of our facilitators.
Each member of the circle will be welcome to share their reflection - some will be prompted by the seed question, others will share from their heart in a different way. Some participants may choose to pass and not speak at all. The value of these circles is presence, listening, hearing and learning, side-by-side
